Dr. Cayetano is a professor/director at New College. Her work centers on intercultural communication, language brokering, and community leadership. She serves as FWOCC President, CCI Exec Member, and Catalyst Grant Chair.

Cory A. Buckband, Ph.D. is a 2024 graduate in Educational Policy & Evaluation at MLFTC. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses on Educational Language Policy and Diversity in Family & Community Engagement.

Yalda M. Kaveh is an associate professor of Bilingual Education at MLFTC. Her work focuses on language policy, bi/multilingualism in (im)migrant families, family engagement in education, and culturally sustaining pedagogies.

Torres is an applied sociolinguist who employs both quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze spoken and written discourses related to medical interactions and policies, as well as AI use in language learning.

Ayumi Inouchi is a linguistic and sociocultural anthropologist of contemporary Japan, focusing on youth language and culture as a space of emergent negotiation of social relations and ideologies around gender.
