Jennifer Ward teaches U.S. Law and Legal Analysis and the MHREL Capstone. She has practiced law since 2006 with a focus on employment law. She holds certifications as an SPHR and SHRM-SCP.

Latsko joined ASU from the University of Virginia, where he held HR leadership positions for 10 years. Before UVA, he worked in the private sector. Latsko earned a JD and BA from UVA and holds SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.
