Julie Vo

Julie Vo is a Program Manager in the Office of Clinical Partnerships where she leads initiatives that support pre-health students through clinical placements and strategic community partnerships. She manages a range of projects aimed at strengthening ASU’s relationships with healthcare organizations to enhance student access to real-world experience.

Prior to her current role, she served as the Clinical Placement Specialist for ASU’s Pre-Health Internship Program for 8 years, where she assisted with student clinical placements, coordinated hospital onboarding processes, and facilitated new partnership affiliations.

Julie brings a diverse background in education, advising, and policy. She previously coordinated clinical rotations for naturopathic medical students at the former Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran University) and served as a Program Manager for the Arizona Commission for Postsecondary Education, where she focused on policy analysis supporting minority education and college attainment initiatives. Her student services experience also includes advising at EDMC and serving as a student records analyst at the former Northcentral University (now National University).

Her teaching career began in K–12 classrooms as a substitute teacher, followed by teaching English language courses at Rio Salado College. She currently facilitates a class at ASU designed to guide pre-health students through professional health program applications.

Julie is passionate about supporting students on their path to healthcare careers and building partnerships that bridge academic learning with practical experience.
