Olga L. Teran presently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Special Programs for Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU. In this role she encourages current and prospective students to become involve and pursue their dreams in global management in a diverse environment by engaging in different opportunities and advocating for themselves and others.
Olga is a double devil and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Nonprofit Administration and Communications from Arizona State University. She also earned a Master of Public Administration for ASU and an Executive Master in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, equipping her with a strong foundation in leadership, governance, and cross-sector collaboration.
Committed to serving Arizona’s diverse communities, Olga is dedicated to facilitating collaboration between communities, schools, organizations, and individuals to create ideas and solutions geared towards closing the opportunity gap. As a first-generation college graduate, she believes every student should have access to post-secondary education.
In her free time, Olga enjoys sci-fi novels, exploring new hiking trails with her dog Willow, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
