Chantell Rodgers holds the role of Doctoral Success Advisor at Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College (MLFTC), having previously worked with undergraduate students within the same institution. Her dedication to student support and her commitment to nurturing a strong sense of engagement and connection among students at Arizona State University underscore her passion. Chantell's affiliation with MLFTC spans across two alumni achievements, reflecting her deep involvement in preparing future educators. Currently, she is pursuing an EdD in Leadership and Innovation, further enhancing her expertise in the field. She also an avid writer and In 2022 she published her first children's picture book: The Praying House. Prior to her role at the Teachers College, Chantell gained valuable experience as an EdPlus Success Coach at ASU, and also served as an Enrollment Advisor responsible for enrolling students in ASU's Business programs.
