Dr. Elijah Peters is a Program Coordinator Senior in Workforce Development at Arizona State University, where he delivers professional programs that advance workforce readiness across engineering and technology fields. He collaborates with faculty, industry, and community partners to develop innovative learning experiences in asynchronous, hybrid, and live formats with global reach and real-world impact. His work includes program planning, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, and assessment to ensure measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Peters led large-scale student engagement initiatives at ASU’s Polytechnic campus, including mentorship programs, leadership development training, and signature events such as Innovation Showcase and E2 Camp. He has supervised student leaders and staff, developed training curricula, managed budgets, and implemented data-driven program evaluation strategies.
Dr. Peters earned his Ph.D. in Germanic Studies from Indiana University, where he also served as Course Chair and Associate Instructor.
