Abby Zufelt directs the Cronkite School’s Digital Audiences Lab. In the lab, she teaches students to use digital marketing strategies and audience data as they execute campaigns for real clients.
Previously, she served as the assistant director of marketing and digital strategy at Arizona PBS and the Cronkite School. She managed digital advertising, SEO and email marketing initiatives.
Prior to her time at the school, Zufelt was the social media director, and then general manager, of a digital marketing agency in Scottsdale, AZ. Throughout her career, she's worked with brands such as The Myers-Briggs Company, Eller Executive Education, Taste Nirvana Coconut Water and "The World Record Egg" (that egg that broke the record for most post likes on Instagram).
Zufelt is currently pursuing a master's degree in film and media studies at ASU. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the Cronkite School.
