Amanda has worked at Arizona State University since 2015. Previously working in Success Courses, Amanda currently serves as the University Innovation Alliance Fellow for ASU. In this role Amanda shepherds UIA scale projects at ASU, such as the Black Student Success Initiative and the upcoming Accelerator Program. Amanda is passionate about helping others set themselves up for success, including students, staff/faculty, and departments. As a Project Manager, she has worked with AISSS, Explore, and other units to work through both Design Thinking and Process Mapping efforts to scale and iterate their programs. Amanda has been teaching college success courses since 2008.
