Jenn Haskin is a lecturer in the School of Social and Family Dynamics. She has been teaching sociology courses at Arizona State University since 2016. Prior to joining the faculty at ASU, she taught undergraduate sociology courses at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Haskin primarily teaches Women and Health, Sociology of Gender, Sociology of Sexualities, Sociological Theories, and Social Change. 

Some of Dr. Haskin's research explores the ways in which career-oriented women in the U.S. who have preschool aged children think about and act toward their maternal bodies in a third shift of appearance work. Her other research projects center on her interests in girlhood and organizations that purport to teach girls valuable life skills; women’s experiences with reproductive difficulties; and mass media content aimed toward working mothers.
