Long Bio
Seth Thorn is a multidisciplinary researcher and musician whose work spans philosophical approaches to interactive media, wearable music technology, creative signal processing for embedded audio products, and augmented instruments, particularly the violin. His research explores the intersection of technology and embodied musical expression, focusing on how wearable devices can be used to co-create intra-active musical events. He also leads NSF sponsored initiatives aimed at supporting neurodivergent learners through creative circuit bending and computational thinking activities.
