Philip is a graduate research assistant working with Dr. Sara Meerow in the School of Geographic Science and Urban Planning. His interests revolve around the intersection of emergency management, disaster risk reduction, sustainability, and urban planning. Philip is a Graduate Fellow with the Urban Resilience to Extremes (UREx) Sustainability Research Network (SRN). Of particular interest to Philip, are methods and strategies for integrating research into professional practice and community governance.
