Behshad Mohajer is a PhD candidate in Civil, Environmental, and Sustainable Engineering at Arizona State University. His research focuses on understanding the spatial and temporal dynamics of water supply change in arid and semi-arid regions, with a particular emphasis on the Colorado River Basin.
Behshad’s work aims to advance water supply sustainability assessment through the integration of hydrological analysis, systems analysis, geospatial data science, and Earth observations. His research explicitly incorporates both natural and human dimensions of water resources management to support more resilient and informed water resource decision-making in water-scarce regions.
