Milo Wang

Milo Shaoqing Wang is an assistant professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship. His research examines societal challenges at the intersection of institutions, digital technologies, and social evaluations. His work has been published in leading journals in his field, such as the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, Academy of Management Annals, and Annual Review of Sociology. His research has been recognized by the W. P. Carey School of Business Dean’s Early-Career Research Award in 2025. He teaches courses in strategic management, sustainability, and qualitative research methods. He is a Deputy Editor of Management and Organization Review, an incoming Senior Editor of Organization Studies, and sits on the editorial boards of Administrative Science Quarterly and Academy of Management Review. He is also an affiliated faculty at the Center for AI and Data Analytics (AIDA) for Business and Society and serves as the Representative-at-Large for North America for the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR).
