T.J. Czikra Jr. is the LMS Administrator for the OHR Talent Development as well as a member of the HCMWI Implementation team. He has a versatile professional background in Learning & Development including in-person and virtual facilitation, learning content creation, and LMS Administration. He has a passion for always keeping the user experience at the forefront of mind when making decisions or creating content to ensure the best possible end-user experience.
T.J. was born and raised in Kettering, Ohio and moved to Queen Creek Arizona in 2021. During his free time, you can catch him at a 5 AM Fit Body Boot Camp class or binge watching the latest Netflix series.
