Kofi Obo Wood is a master’s student in User Experience at Arizona State University and a Mastercard Foundation Digital Innovation Scholar; with a strong foundation in AI-driven product development, he has led impactful projects, including Enlighten, an adaptive learning platform for underserved students, and Cerene, an AI chatbot supporting international students' emotional well-being. His work in AI and systemic design has earned him global recognition, including being a Top 10 Finalist in the 2019 CGIAR Big Data Inspire Challenge, an award winner in the Venture Devil Innovation Challenge for AI in EdTech, and most recently, the Tom Prescott eSeed Award for innovation in Systemic Design and Social Impact class here at ASU. Passionate about AI innovation, applied machine learning and human-centered design, Kofi is dedicated to building intelligent solutions that enhance learning, accessibility, and improve lives positively worldwide.
