Kubiak a professor of practice at the Future Security Initiative at ASU, and an International Security Program Fellow at New America. He is a retired Air Force colonel having served more than 26 years on active duty.

Comstock (PhD Cornell University 2017) researches international law, human rights, the United Nations, domestic institutions as they effect international affairs, and human rights during peacekeeping operations.

Jeremy Rodrigues is the Senior Director of Enterprise Security at Excelerate Energy. He also teaches homeland security at ASU and has extensive experience in corporate and public sector security.
