Dr. Dan Erickson is an Assistant Teaching Professor and CFLE Director in the School of Social and Family Dynamics at ASU. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in family science, human development, and sociology.

Dr. Baker works to understand former caregivers of those with dementia so he can help them garner the psychosocial resources and technological tools to thrive.

Xia is interested in promoting individual positive development and optimal well-being in families, interpersonal settings, and ecological systems from system-oriented, dynamic-focused, and strength-based approaches.
