Dr. Cayetano is a professor/director at New College. Her work centers on intercultural communication, language brokering, and community leadership. She serves as FWOCC President, CCI Exec Member, and Catalyst Grant Chair.

Cindy Parnell, M.Ed., is Chief of Public Service at ASU’s Watts College and leads key civic and leadership initiatives. With 25+ years of experience, she builds teams, scales programs, and develops public service leaders.

A former Air Force pilot and leader development coach, Stoda now studies and teaches practical communication competencies ranging from persuasion and leadership to crisis management and critical thinking.

Directs the budgetary, human resources, and financial operations for The College's Social Sciences division. Arizona State University employee since 2015.
