Dr. Gabriel is a professor of medicine and epidemiology. chair of the Arizona State University Health Outcomes Design Council with the Office of the President. 

Carpenter studies engagement and emotions, and their impact on health behaviors, using methods that adapt to the unique needs of the individual.

Rebecca’s research focuses on analyzing relationships between sociological factors and biological outcomes. She also researches public health nutrition and activity promotion targeted to underserved youth in Maricopa County.

Fraser’s research specializations include disaster response and recovery, emergency management policy, maternal-infant health in crises, disaster volunteer management, and mental health and wellbeing after hazard events.
