He leads the new Battery Electric and Intelligent Vehicle, or BELIV, Lab at ASU to contribute to the development of safe, clean and energy-efficient intelligent transportation systems.

In his research, Ahmad designs systems to secure sensitive computations, such as those related to health care, in diverse important scenarios, including in public clouds and enterprises.
