My ability to see and share where things connect and where they lead allows me to help individuals and organizations expand their potential. In my current position, I use these skills helping students see beyond graduation to how they will apply what they learn in their lives. Through coaching, I help executives move toward their next personal and organizational success. Through consulting I help organizations clarify goals and build on past successes.
My background combines music, disability and social sciences. My experience has encompassed the use of music therapy with clients in vocational training programs, facilitating large systems change projects, executive coaching and work with diverse students in higher education. Her current responsibilities include development and expansion of services to provide alternative access accommodations to print and audio/video materials while helping faculty and staff proactively design for greater accessibility.
I am a practicing sociologist whose focus is on systems change related to disability, diversity, organizational growth and personal transformation. My research interests are informed by experiences in service delivery, organizational development, community leadership and organizational behavior with a current emphasis on:spirituality & leadership and structural inequality & diversity.
