Dr. Ashley Katikos is a Clinical Associate Professor at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation, where she brings over 18 years of experience in education. She earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus on Higher Education Administration from Northern Arizona University, along with a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Western Michigan University. Her work spans PK–12 and higher education, with a focus on teacher preparation, strategic partnerships, and practice-based learning.
Throughout her career, Dr. Katikos has led initiatives in curriculum design, professional experiences, and faculty development, supporting both pre-service teachers and PK–12 partners. She continues to contribute both locally and nationally in the educator preparation space, advancing innovation, equity, and sustainable workforce development.
