Bio
Tiffany serves as the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU), where she supports global engagement and inclusive excellence initiatives spearheaded by the Dean's office. With a rich background in studying, living, and working abroad as a former study abroad student, Tiffany is deeply committed to enriching the lives of diverse student populations through international experiences and cultural exchanges.
Tiffany joined ASU in 2016 as a Project Coordinator at EdPlus, where she worked on the PLuS Alliance—a strategic partnership between ASU, UNSW Sydney, and King's College London. In 2018, she advanced to the role of Assistant Director of International Grant Initiatives, where she played a key role in planning and strategizing for two major international projects: Baobab, an online social learning platform for Mastercard Scholars from Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Al Ghurair Young Thinkers Program, an online platform aimed at enhancing college and career readiness for youth from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Before her tenure at ASU, Tiffany held the position of Head of Academic Relations at Gulf University of Science & Technology in Kuwait and worked as a Regional Consultant for a Phoenix-based study abroad company.
