Darci Tipton is a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor at the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, with a Masters Degree in Education-Applied Behavior Analysis (2018), and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education (2005), both from Arizona State University.
With extensive experience working with students from pre-K through middle school, Darci spent eight years as an English Language Specialist, teaching ESL students and training classroom teachers in effective ESL strategies. Additionally, she served as an intervention coordinator for four years, leading campus-wide math and reading intervention programs for students performing below grade level.
Darci is highly skilled in positive behavior reinforcement techniques and believes that fostering a strong classroom community is the essential first step to creating a successful learning environment. She is also deeply passionate about ensuring equitable educational opportunities for all learners.
