Stanley H. Zucker is the editor of Education and Training in Autism and Developmental Disabilities, the flagship journal of the Council for Exceptional Children's Division on Autism and Developmental Disabilities, and the editor of the DADD Online Journal: Research to Practice. His area of expertise is special education with a specific focus on autism, intellectual disability, and other developmental disabilities. Zucker's research interests include quantitative research methods; single subject design; foundations, values and issues in education; social behavior management; and assessment and academic achievement of students. He has published widely over the past 40 years in the areas of assessment, learning, research design, program evaluation, interventions, and behavior in various professional journals and is the author of a number of academic evaluation instruments. Zucker is researching various interventions for instructing students with ASD and Intellectual Disability; factors related to retention at community college for students with ASD; and effects of universal expectations on student behavior in urban elementary schools.
