Robb Kramer is currently in his 7th year teaching CISA online courses in visual communication, technical communication, user experience, project management for technical communicators and Web authoring.

Scott is an Instructor in the Design School since the fall of 2013. He has taught undergrad and graduate students in visual communications and design. Scott is also a design professional with more than 20 years experience.
