Samantha Perkins is the asst director of online learning communities, InnovationSpace co-director, & Industrial Design faculty at The Design School. Her research focuses on equitable online learning experiences.

Kathleen Hicks is Director of Online Programs, Department of English. Her expertise is online education and American lit. She is associate editor for Steinbeck Review and President of the International Steinbeck Society.

Ashlee is an instructor in the Success by Design Department. She has been at Arizona State University since 2019.
