Long Bio
Sarah Carranza teaches a variety of undergraduate courses in the Elementary Education Department, specializing in the teaching of English Language Learners. She spent 22 years in Arizona public schools teaching mostly Spanish in middle and high school. She led a World Language Department for four years and taught Spanish Immersion to middle schoolers. She also teaches in the MLFTC graudate program, specializing in World & Native Language methods, equity and inclusion. She has been with MLFTC since 2018.
