Long Bio
Sarah Carranza teaches a variety of undergraduate courses in the Elementary Education Department, specializing in cultural competency, language acquisition, and whole-child education. She spent 22 years in Arizona public schools teaching mostly Spanish in middle and high school. She led a World Language Department for four years and taught Spanish Immersion to middle schoolers. She also teaches in the MLFC graudate program, specializing in World & Native Language methods and assessment. She has been with MLFC since 2018.
