Italian by birth and passionate about the language and culture of her native country, Dal Martello has been teaching Italian language and culture courses at Arizona State since 1996.

Gray leads the Child Language and Literacy Laboratory which focuses on how children learn to talk, read and write.

Lindsey Moses is a former elementary teacher of multilingual learners and is passionate about supporting literacy instruction in diverse classrooms.

Vargas has taught courses in photography, silkscreen, Spanish language, culture, and literature.

Yalda M. Kaveh is an associate professor of Bilingual Education at MLFTC. Her work focuses on language policy, bi/multilingualism in (im)migrant families, family engagement in education, and culturally sustaining pedagogies.

Sarah Carranza joined MLFC in 2018 after 22 years of public school teaching. She teaches a variety of undergraduate courses and a graduate course in World & Native Language Methods & Assessment.
