As a Project Manager for Arizona State University's Educational Outreach Student Services Technology team, Ravina leads cross-functional initiatives that leverage technology to enhance student services, improve operational processes, and support educational outreach programs. She collaborates with campus partners to deliver innovative solutions that advance student success and operational excellence.
A proud Sun Devil, she has remained deeply engaged with ASU through extensive volunteer leadership and service. She currently serves as Vice President of Professional Development for the ASU Young Alumni Council, where she promotes career development resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship programs in collaboration with ASU Career Services. She also serves as Operations Team Lead for the ASU Project Management Network, overseeing operational planning and marketing efforts to support professional development within the project management community.
Throughout her time at ASU, Ravina has held numerous leadership roles, including Council Member for the ASU Staff Council, Board Member for the Indian Alumni Chapter of the ASU Alumni Association, Event Coordinator for the ASU Young Alumni Chapter, and Assembly Member for the Graduate Professional Student Association (GPSA), representing more than 4,000 engineering graduate students. As a graduate student, she served as President of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Student Chapter and Program Coordinator for the International Students and Scholars Center, where she organized programs that fostered community, leadership, and student engagement.
Outside of ASU, she has also volunteered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Phoenix Chapter and served as Speaker Committee Lead for the Arizona PM Summit, helping connect professionals through educational programming and industry events.
Her leadership and service have been recognized with honors, including the ASU Women's Coalition BADASS Staff Award, the Inspiring Global Citizen Award, and the IFMA Student President Scholarship. Passionate about mentorship, collaboration, and lifelong learning, Ravina is committed to building meaningful connections that strengthen the ASU community and empower students, alumni, and professionals to thrive.
