Long Bio
I'm a former Human Resources professional, now a Human-Centered Media Scholar, and originally from Mexico. Through my research, I redesign media literacy learning experiences to help people critically understand the information systems shaping their reality. I teach students and media users how framing influences public understanding, how bias becomes encoded in language, how representation affects dignity, and how critical thinking restores human agency.
Education
BS Organizational Psychology
MS Digital Audience Strategy
Research Interests
My primary research reimagines media literacy through design thinking and AI, followed by studies on corporate workplace cultures and postmodernist Mexican culture.
