Jaquelyn Aguilar Troncoso holds a Master of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences from the University of Sonora in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. Before relocating to the U.S., she had extensive experience in Mexico, where she worked as a nutritionist providing nutrition services, counseling, and care plans. She also served as a professor at the University of Sonora, where she developed and taught health and nutrition courses.
Since relocating to the U.S., Jaquelyn has held multiple positions at Arizona State University (ASU), currently serving as Project Coordinator for Health Strategy. In this role, she helps faculty to manage health initiatives and projects. She has coordinated public health initiatives, and collaborated with government and community partners. Her expertise includes project management, regulatory compliance, and bilingual communication.
