Research Interests
My research centers on strengthening teacher preparation with a focus on classroom management, teacher efficacy, and motivation. I am particularly interested in how higher education programs can better equip pre-service and in-service teachers with the skills, confidence, and autonomy needed to create effective learning environments. My work explores the intersection of instructional practices and teacher beliefs, aiming to improve both teacher development and student outcomes.
