Michael Guggemos

Michael Guggemos is a veteran of the High Tech industry. Mike began his business career as entry level on night shift manufacturing and rose to senior global level executive roles for multiple companies from venture stage to GF50. In the process of growing and learning, he was fortunate to work internationally across manufacturing, human resources, engineering, sales, strategic ventures (mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures), and information technology/systems.

Michael has an industry-recognized track record of increased product sales, improved client satisfaction, reduced service costs, reduced staff turnover, and improved operational performance. He has significant experience deploying advanced algorithms/AI at the global enterprise level as well as implementing Data and Technology Governance models across diverse business, political, and regulatory landscapes. Subsequently, Michael and his organizations have received multiple industry awards spanning depth of organizational effectiveness to strength of culture to advancement of global business technology.

Michael has a passion for learning as well as sharing. He is a member of the graduate and undergraduate faculty with the W.P. Carey School of Business, works with startups, consults for F500 organizations and is an active member of local veteran and business communities.

Michael earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees while serving/living in Japan.
