Kramer spent 35+ yrs in public works design & construction for government agencies and private consultants, delivering over 100 project procurements and $2 billion in construction in place.

As a Ph.D. student in Sustainability, my research interests include sustainable enterprise, circular economy, and sustainable procurement.

Tirado's research interests include science and technology policy, emerging technologies, governance, mentoring, collaborative behaviors and inclusion.
