Dr. Cherman researches Integrative Knowledge in Organizations, Spirituality in Knowledge Development, and Ethics in Knowledge-Based Organizations. She teaches Social Entrepreneurship, Business Model, Strategy, Leadership.

Rodney Lacey has broad experience in learning, teaching and research in the field of organization theory, management, and strategy. His main research areas are in qualitative comparative methods and institutional theory.

Chandler Marr is a third-year PhD Student and Graduate Teaching Associate in the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication. His research explores how organizational structures enable and constrain emotions.
