As a co-design facilitator, Taylor Ducklow (they/them) brings with them over a decade of leadership and program management experience from the private, non-profit, and higher education industries. They have developed multiple training programs based in compassion and belonging and have overseen cultural change management in various organizations.
In the business of changing minds and driving for compassion, Taylor most recently designed, implemented and analyzed leadership training and higher education design programs in their roles as Higher Education Design Facilitator and Assistant Director of Experiential Learning Initiatives at Arizona State University. Their design and facilitation work includes the Work-integrated Learning Accelerator and Cultures of Inclusive Excellence: Supporting Transgender, Non-binary, and Gender Fluid Employees. With certifications in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitation, ASU Spark Method Facilitation, SUNlite Coaching, Project Management Institute's Six Sigma Foundations, and Storytelling Leader's Strategic Storytelling training, Taylor has the skills and experience to co-design more effective, collaborative, and inclusive institutions.
Taylor has a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from The University of Arizona and a Master of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University. As a communication scholar, Taylor has conducted research on the effectiveness on inclusivity trainings for building confidence in advocating for Transgender, Non-binary, and Gender-fluid employees. During their graduate program, they were awarded the 2SLGBTQIA+ Leadership Award for their work advocating for and mentoring LGBTQIA+ professionals. In their personal time, Taylor enjoys singing, backpacking, yoga, and meditation.
