Long Bio
Jenna Roark is a Communications Specialist for the Business and Finance Communications Group in the Office of the Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. She is also an Alumni Digital Audience Strategy Tutor and Teaching Assistant at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She specializes in creating communications and marketing materials such as emails, web copy, training, and more for Business and Finance groups, like Parking and Transit, University Sustainability Practices, Environmental Health and Safety, Financial Services, etc.
She graduated from Arizona State University with her Master of Science in digital audience strategy in 2023. She is currently working on her Master of Arts in communication at Arizona State University. In 2020, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies from the University of North Carolina, where she focused on journalism, storytelling and interpersonal communication.
Before she worked at ASU, Jenna worked for Amazon and Ring. She helped manage incoming and outgoing social media messaging and created/edited internal training content for the Social Care team. Jenna was also a journalist and contributor for Arizona Foothills Magazine from 2020 to 2022.
