Brunhaver conducts research focused on the career pathways and preparation of engineers. She also teaches courses in the undergraduate engineering program and the Engineering Education Systems & Design (EESD) PhD program.

Pettigrew's scholarship is dedicated to working alongside community members to produce effective intervention materials that serve youth, families, schools, and society.

Tracy is professor of organizational communication and qualitative methodology. She focuses on cultivating human flourishing in the workplace.

Dr. Mara studies writing practices in digital and new media ecologies, innovation behaviors in institutions, posthumanist philosophy, and user experience methods.
