Sarah Heeter

Sarah K. Heeter is a policy strategist, educator, and entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of public administration, business, and community leadership. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Conflict Resolution alongside a master's in Public Administration and Public Policy, and has put that foundation to use across classrooms, legislative chambers, and boardrooms throughout Arizona.

Since 2020, Sarah has taught Public Policy and Community Resilience at both undergraduate and graduate levels, earning recognition as Outstanding Faculty Associate of the Year in 2023. Her earlier career included US State Department internships preparing future diplomats, along with non-profit work focused on encouraging young women across political parties to pursue elected office and civic leadership.

As CEO of Podfox Media and host of the globally-ranked Big Brave Business podcast, Sarah translates complex legislation and policy into accessible conversations for business communities, while also bringing business perspectives into policy spaces where they are often underrepresented. She has co-authored bipartisan legislation for the Arizona State Legislature, applying her academic background and entrepreneurial experience to policy that supports economic growth, ethical governance, and community resilience across the state.
