Jennifer is a Legal Case Manager at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy in Cleveland, Ohio, where she brings a unique and multidisciplinary background to the legal field. Currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Conflict Resolution at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law (expected 2028), Jennifer's commitment to legal excellence and lifelong learning is evident across every chapter of her career.
Jennifer graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and French, including a French immersion study abroad experience at Université Laval in Quebec, Canada. She went on to earn an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies certificate from the Arizona Paralegal Training Program at Kaplan College, which launched her into a legal career that has spanned more than two decades.
She began her legal career as a Litigation Paralegal at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, gaining hands-on experience in victim advocacy and criminal prosecution. Drawn to public service, Jennifer transitioned into law enforcement, serving nearly eight years as a Law Enforcement Officer with the Medina County Sheriff's Office in Ohio, where she became an OPOTA-certified trainer, a member of the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT), and a member of the Jail Extraction Team (JET). She subsequently served as a Legal Assistant at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA in Cleveland, further deepening her legal expertise.
Jennifer's entrepreneurial spirit then led her to found Auntie Jenn is Here!, a pet care business in the Greater Cleveland area, where she operated for over eight years as a Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS). Now fully returned to her legal roots, she currently serves as a Legal Case Manager at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy, where she applies her broad experience in law, public service, and client care every day.
Committed to giving back to her community, Jennifer is currently a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with Child and Family Advocates of Cuyahoga County, honored to be a voice for children in the court system. With a career defined by service, resilience, and reinvention, Jennifer exemplifies the Sun Devil spirit of purpose-driven impact.
