In my capacity as the Associate Director of Leadership and Professional Development (LPD) at EdPlus, I collaborate closely with EdPlus Human Resources to strategically drive the LPD agenda in alignment with organizational goals. I am tasked with assessing, developing, and overseeing programs designed for employee growth, leveraging a diverse array of resources. Serving as a liaison with the ASU Office of Human Resources, I actively contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives.
I hold a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Education, am certified in the Predictive Index, and am recognized as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. My professional journey is characterized by a fervent passion for leadership and professional development, strategic planning, and an unwavering commitment to fostering a positive and growth-oriented work culture.
