I have been part of Global Service Operations – Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams for 7+ years, focused on Microsoft products at first and then including several cloud computing environment services and processes. Particularly, my duties have gone around providing acumen provisioning and monitoring support for global authentication and authorization systems, using analytical prowess. Besides, I have got a worthy profile in Humanities as I held a master’s degree in Analysis of Discourse, from where I could have produced knowledge and published articles related to my subjects on peers’ review’s specialized journals, as well as built an upwardly university teaching background.
